My fathers passing was very hard, its been about a few months already and i honestly wasn't going to come review his passing, but i just can not forget how much danielle did that day when my father was buried. she went over and beyond for us since the day i went in up until the church service and the day we buried him :'( everything came out very beautiful my review and these 5 stars can not describe the effort danielle and her team did!!! I would absolutely recommend Tampa Cremation to anyone looking for services like this. They have been professional, helpful, patient, and friendly through all our dealings. They responded immediately to both emails and phone calls. I dealt with Jerry, the owner, and Giselle and Danielle at different times, and was treated with respect and kindness from all of them. This was the first cremation we have done in our family, so they patiently walked us through all of it. 5 stars all the way!!

I recommend this funeral home and their services 100%. They are wonderful people that are willing to help you with anything. Danielle and Gisselle have been so helpful, always available to kindly answer any questions, and to send us various documents needed for different purposes. They went above and beyond trying to help me locate a new number for a funeral home that’s now under a different name and had cremated my mother five years ago. It’s great to have people that can treat you with respect and consideration during such difficult times. My family and I are grateful and blessed to have found this funeral home.

The experience my family had here would’ve been great if people actually took accountability. I was given my dads death certificates with my sister listed as my fathers father. I called to inform them & spoke with Danielle who kindly very nice nastily told me “ well you all were here when I gathered the info” yes and you entered the info incorrectly on the form and want us to pay for your mistake? How is it the obituary was correct which again was also done by the funeral home but not the death certificate?But instead of saying I must’ve read and entered the info incorrectly she stated well there’s a correction fee so LOL! And IF the name was listed as a parent and a child wouldnt that be enough for a phone call to be made BEFORE THE ERROR WAS MADE? Protect your peace during your grief is all I can say and thank God for vital statistics!

If I could give 10 Stars I would, Danielle was amazing to work with. She made the process so easy for me to plan and arrange my mom’s service. My mom looked so beautiful and appeared as she was asleep with a smile. She looked exactly as she did when she was alive. Her hair looked amazing as well. I absolutely highly recommend! They really do care here and do not try to upsell. They allow you to tell them what you want and that’s exactly what you get! I would definitely use them again if I had too! If anything ever happened to me this is where I would like to be because I know I will be in good hands! Thank you so much Danielle for making this the smoothest and least stressful process! Me and my sisters greatly appreciated it!!

The level of professionalism, compassion and the quality of service I've received from this company can not be matched! The entire staff is loving and cares about their customers. Jerry the owner was there every time I needed him whether or it was during business hours. He spent over an hour on the phone with me after hours comforting me and answered all the questions I asked honestly. Very informative answered all my questions and walked me thru the entire process start to finish. When you lose a loved one its one of the most difficult times you will experience in your life time. They understand that here and will treat you with the up most care. Danielle was amazing as well. Always stayed in contact with me handling all of our paperwork and legal procedures. I honestly would give more stars if I could. Jerry and Danielle were absolutely the most compassionate people we’ve met during our darkest hour. There is not enough space, or time to express our gratitude towards these two individuals. The office was welcoming, and we did not for one minute feel uncomfortable about being there under the circumstances. Jerry and Danielle both took the time, to listen, and to speak with us directly. Not for one moment did we feel rushed, even though we had a whole lot to share. They will offer you options, there are no forced fees upon you, they do not take advantage of you, like most funeral directors do. If you are not comfortable with making final arrangements, they are more than happy to guide you through it. If you have an untimely death in your family, or of a loved one, please consider Tampa Cremation and Burial. I assure you they will take excellent care of you. These folks are extremely patient, kind, and they will help you just as they have helped my family through this difficult time.

My husband passed away July 7, 2023. I never had to plan a funeral before so my dad took over and found Tampa Cremation & Burial Services. My first meeting was with Danielle. She was so soothing to speak with and was eager to listen to me. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything I wanted would be done. Unfortunately, she was off the day my husband's services were held. However, Jerry the owner, was there and did an amazing job making sure everything went smoothly. He made himself available not only to me but some of my family members as well. They did such a great job with my husband. There was an issue with discoloration but they made sure his skin tone was the same as when he was alive. He looked like he was just sleeping. Their accommodations are beautiful and my dad didn't have to pay a fortune for their services. My Dad was able to afford a very dignified viewing (3hrs) and cremation for my husband. I would recommend Tampa Cremation & Burial to ANYONE in need of their type of service. I will be back soon to pre-plan my funeral. Thank you, with all my heart, Jerry & Danielle.
