From start to finish; they cared every step of the way. I was dealing with my mother's passing from being out of town and they made time for me. If I had questions; I was a top priority. I felt like my mother's cremation was in good in hands. They truly respect you and your loved one during this difficult time. I cannot say enough about the level of customer service you will receive. Everyone at Tampa Cremation was so nice and helpful. I had many questions and made many phone calls. Danielle answered each question and never sounded annoyed or distracted. She was even nicer when I met her in person. The entire staff was wonderful. What was an unusually difficult time was made easier by Danielle and her staff.

My Mother recently passed away, and I had no idea what to do or how to act . I was a mess … but tbh , the people/staff at this company truly helped me tremendously. They walked me through everything and even helped with financial options. Now that it’s allllll said and done .. I’m so happy I stumbled upon this place 😩😤😭😳😨😢😞😌🥲🥹😇😇😇🙂🙂😭🥰🥰😌 Heaven forbid someone close to you passes away …. I don’t wish that on no one - BUTTT if you find yourself in that situation or can’t find the right place for your person…. And again , the staff is super helpful and empathetic.
